Browse my store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that I will need to be able to complete your order.

A confirmation of order indicates that I have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.

Unless I have notified you that I do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order, my acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you us will take place when I have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to contact me.

I may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, I am unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if a product or pricing error is identified. I reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

If I am unable to fulfil your order following order acknowledgement, I will contact you.

I will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

I use PayPal to process payments as it delivers one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. When you make a purchase you get an extra layer of security because all your financial information (like your bank account details and your credit card number) is securely stored and encrypted on PayPal servers. So you don’t need to share your financial information with me and expose your details online.

If you change your mind about your products you must contact me within 7 days of receipt.

Due to the nature of my products I am only able to accept returned goods that are unused and in a saleable condition. The original post and packaging costs will not be refundable. I will ask you to return the items safely at your expense. If I receive incomplete, damaged or used items I may make reductions to the amount I refund to you.

I take great care to ensure that your parcel arrives safely; however, some things are out of my control.

If your parcel has arrived damaged, you must contact me within 7 days of receipt.

I will ask you to return the goods and damaged packaging in order to investigate further. A refund for the return postage will only be given if you have had my consent to return the goods.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Soap Making Courses

Your place is guaranteed once full payment has been received.

Joining instructions including outline of the day and venue details will be issued by email once you have booked a place.

Once you have booked a place you are advised to arrange course cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen events which may prevent you from attending such as car breakdowns, family emergencies etc. Insurance is particularly important during the winter months when there is more likelihood of travel disruption due to inclement weather.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of booking onto a course. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. After this period the following terms will apply:

  • If you wish to cancel and there are more than 14 days before the course start date a refund will be processed minus a £25 admin fee.

  • If you wish to cancel within 14 days of the course start date no refunds will be given (unless a waiting list for the course exists and the place can be re-sold at short notice).

If you do not attend on the day of the course (no show) you are not entitled to a refund and you do not have the right to move your place to an alternative date.

Cancellation requests received within 7 days of a course date will be classed as a no show and as such you are not entitled to a refund and you do not have the right to move your place to an alternative course date.

If you arrive late on the day of the course the class will still finish at the planned time and you do not have the right to move your place to an alternative date.

In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled you will be offered an alternative course date but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred for travel, accommodation etc.

I reserve the right to cancel a course if a course date is not fully subscribed and in this event you will be offered an alternative course date.

I reserve the right to change the venue for a course date.

In exceptional circumstances and purely at my sole discretion, I may agree to move your class to another date. If I do agree to transfer your booking you will not be able to transfer dates again. In addition, transfers can only be made within the calendar year that the course was originally booked. Please note that transfers will involve administration, further advertising and additional associated costs therefore an administration fee will be charged.

No transfer will be offered if the following circumstances apply:

  • a course booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the course date (unless a waiting list for the course exists and the place can be re-sold at short notice);

  • students are unable to attend a course due to changes in personal circumstances (such as childcare arrangements);

  • students are unable to attend a course due to travel problems caused by weather or cancellations by travel operators;

  • students require a VISA to enter the UK and are unable to obtain one.

If a VISA is required to enter the UK I recommend that students book at least three months in advance to allow time for processing of the VISA application. l will not provide a letter of invitation but I will provide students with a letter confirming the booking, to give to the relevant embassy. Refunds will not be offered under any circumstances should a VISA application be declined or delayed.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for money and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
